I am an experienced therapist who uses psychotherapy as a means to address and resolve issues such as anxiety, fear, depression, loss, anger, and relationship difficulties. I understand how dealing with these issues are painful and difficult. In a relaxed, supportive environment, you will identify, address and work through the issues contributing to your current struggle. During therapy, I will help you explore and process through difficult feelings and challenge underlying counterproductive thoughts and behaviors. Following this process you will achieve a great sense of relief and awareness, and develop the tools that foster healthier ways of being.
I specialize in long-term insight oriented therapy as well as brief-solution focused therapy. In both modalities I integrates cognitive-behavioral approaches that provide skills you can readily use. I also emphasize the importance of balanced lifestyle achieved through exercise, diet, sleep hygiene, work/life balance and maintaining healthy relationships. My ideal clients are individuals and couples who are interested in personal growth and meeting their emotional potential .
My office is conveniently located in a vintage Old Town 3 Flat. The "L" Brown line Sedgewick stop is a half block from our front door. There's always free or metered parking available or it's a quick cab ride for appointments before/after work or during your lunch hour.

| Fee Schedule: |
My fee for individual sessions of 50 minutes is $120.00. For 50 minute couples sessions the fee is $140.00. I do offer a sliding scale for those who cannot afford the full fee. |

| Insurance and Billing Instructions: |
I am a preferred provider on most insurance panels, and honor the negotiated rates for each company. I submit the claims directly to your insurance company as part of my service to you. In the event that I am not listed as a provider in your network I will contact your insurer and explore your out-of-network benefits. Otherwise we accept cash and checks. My full fees are in line with similarly qualified professionals in the geographical area. Please feel free to call for more details and to explore your options. |
