Sometimes you feel down, confused, anxious and need someone to talk to about yourself or problems you are having in a close relationship. I've been helping people like you for twenty-five years. To begin, I will ask a lot of questions to try to efficiently understand the scope of the problem you are having. Then, together we will develop goals that we will work toward achieving. I will give you guidance, feedback and support and suggest possible actions. You are free to use this feedback in the way you see appropriate. I believe in collaborating with you to achieve the best outcome for you. In addition to my broader skills, I have specialized knowledge of EMDR and eating disorders.
