| Practice Description: |
Over the past 20 years of private practice, I have specialized in providing a respectful, safe, empathetic environment in which a person is able to explore issues, discover inner strengths and begin to develop a strong foundation to continue growing and understanding their true potential. I also work on increasing positive communication skills between couples and within families, building parenting skills, self-esteem, transitions in life, life changes as well as substance abuse and addiction. In the past 12 years, I have worked extensively with people involved in a relationship with a person exhibiting borderline personality traits and disorder and have experienced success in working with borderline personality in a positive framework to help this individual gain a positive sense of self and confidence.
