Since every individual and every problem is unique, every psychotherapy experience is unique. Studies have shown that it is the quality and strength of the relationship between a therapist and her client that determines a positive result. I work with my clients to explore the impact of their family history, identify patterns, understand their own thought and feelings and develop goals for therapy that are meaningful to them. I believe in being non-judgmental, interactive and collaborative... and asking a lot of questions! I see my role as helping people to understand themselves and identify their own answers. My goal is to help clients improve relationships, mange pain and stress, resolve shame and depression, strengthen self-esteem, and develop compassion towards themselves and others. |
