I have been providing therapy services for close to 10 years. I feel that the biggest contributor to a successful therapy experience is the caring, trusting relationship that is formed between therapist and client. I strive to provide a collaborative relationship in the work that I do, providing a platform where individuals can share their concerns, and have a trained individual provide input, guidance, and support in a safe and comfortable environment.

I currently provide care for adults, adolescents and the elderly, in addition to providing couples counseling. I work from two models: short-term, intensive, problem focused therapy, and longer term, insight oriented treatment.
