I enjoy treating ANXIETY and TRAUMA related problems such as: relationship anxiety, career and work stress, Post Traumatic Stress, Panic Disorder, Phobia, Social Anxiety and OCD. If you suffer with daily feelings of nervousness, dread, nightmares or panic, I can help.
If you have experienced trauma in your life such as emotional/physical/sexual abuse, war, rape, assault, a serious accident, attachment trauma such as neglect or abandonment, I am specifically trained in the resolution of trauma memories using a variety of techniques including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. EMDR is a highly effective, research validated treatment for traumatic stress.
