| Practice Description: |
Do you miss feeling close to your partner? Do your lives seem to be moving in different directions? Are you struggling just to figure out where your own life should go? Or how exactly to get there?
There are so many ways to feel stuck in life. And often, after trying for a while to make things better, we start to lose hope that it's even possible. The fact is, so much is possible.
The experience I've had with clients over the years has shown me a simple fact: that the truth can, indeed, set you free. The trouble is, we often lie to ourselves without even knowing it - believing things we've been taught, or picked up along the way. We fight with our feelings, and struggle to change the person we are. Which usually just makes things more complicated. We're unsatisfied and often frustrated. We miss the simplicity of doing what we love, and feeling strong in our choices. We miss feeling close and relaxed with our partner.
Life can be simple. And counseling can help. I'd like to help you to regain that connection, and free-flowing intimacy. And to move on toward the things you want most.
Being true to yourself encourages real connection. There is freedom in this. Let it be yours.
