Combining my background as a clinician and a yoga teacher allows me to offer a more balanced approach to counseling. The introduction of yoga techniques offers clients a
non verbal dimension to access feelings as well as find comfort in their lives.
I believe each person has something special to share with the world as well as to discover within themselves. My ultimate goal as a therapist is to help clients overcome barriers that prevent them from experiencing joy in their lives. I have observed that when people overcome long term stumbling blocks, they gain access to a new set of options to make their lives more fulfilling.

She serves as the stress management coordiantor for the Dean Ornish Program for Reversing Heart Disease at Jefferson Hospital and assists families who are interested in adopting children from Russia at Adopt-A-Child, Inc.. |
