I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an Art Therapist. I use the visual arts and creative process in therapy to help clients resolve emotional conflicts, deal more effectively with life transitions, and improve relationships.
My areas of emphasis include anxiety, depression, domestic violence, grief, substance abuse, self-esteem, and trauma. I have experience working with all age groups and diverse cultures.
Through a collaborative approach, I create a safe environment for self-expression
and empower clients to create balance, meaning and joy in their life.
