As a therapist, I believe it is my job to see the best in you, and help you develop a greater appreciation for your strengths. I also provide a safe, non-judgmental place to take a look at those aspects of yourself or your relationships that you would like to change. I am a holistic counselor, and I believe that bringing the mind, body and spirit into balance helps people attain greater health and happiness.
I often work with people who have survived trauma and abuse. If you believe that the painful experiences of your past are taking away your enjoyment of the present, I can work with you to make peace with your situation.
