I appreciate working with people struggling with issues caused by trauma & abuse. These often times include a loss of safety, confusing emotional experiences, and difficulty creating and maintaining healthy longstanding relationships.
I specialize in repairing relationships. This includes relationships with others and yourself. I do this by helping you understand things that are outside of your awareness so that you may become more empowered and intentional rather than limited and reactive toward yourself and others.
My style of therapy is a mixture of support, challenge, creativity, humor, and authenticity. We will deeply explore what's happening for you so that you may experience longlasting change. I am passionate about my work.
