Are there areas of your life that are bringing you dissatisfaction and pain? Would you like to develop more self awareness and personal insight? Do you need strategies for lowering stress and anxiety? As your therapist, my goal will be to help you realize your inner strength and healing power no matter what the problem. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Certified Life Coach. My training and experience allow me to work with a wide range of clients and concerns. Although I use techniques from many different theories, my main approach is Cognitive Behavioral with a belief that our thoughts impact our life experience. Together we will explore these thoughts and your current situation to determine how they are affecting you mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. From there, we will identify your options and choose the ones that best fit your lifestyle.

Individual counseling sessions are $75.00, Couple and Family sessions are $100.00, sessions are 50 minutes in length. Life coaching sessions are $50 for 30 minutes and $75.00 for 45 minutes. |
