Using EMDR (www.emdr.com) and EFT (www.emofree.com) as highly effective tools, I help you to release negative patterns and beliefs and build positive resources and strengths.

I also have special expertise in treating postpartum depression and related disorders, and I facilitate a Mothers Supporting Mothers Group.
