Substance abuse, depression, and anxiety can prevent us from enjoying life and pursuing our goals. Learning to cope with emotions in a positive, healthy way helps in living a hopeful life. HOPE gives us energy to move forward, even after tragic or otherwise unfortunate events. HOPE gives us motivation to pursue our definition of happiness, despite some natural fear.
My passion is to assist people in learning to live their best lives. I use cognitive-behavioral and motivational enhancement techniques to assist clients in building their unique positive coping style in order to succeed in recovery from substance abuse, depression, and anxiety.
