| Practice Description: |
You will benefit from my 25 years as a clinician. I have loved working as an educator and therapist in both California and the North West. In my first 15 years, I worked with youth and families as well as chemical dependency issues in adult -outpatient settings.
For the past 10 years, I have been helping people in Sacramento who are struggling with a variety of problems including depression, anxiety and other disorders. I specialize in helping people create healthy relationships. I am a therapist who enjoys working with couples. It is challenging and rewarding.
My approach is that everyone has a strong drive to be healthy. However, painful experiences and old mistaken beliefs that we learned in childhood can interfere in our progress. Together we will create a plan to assist you in gaining coping skills and achieving your goals.
