| Practice Description: |
I believe in the importance of relationships, and I work to help people develop more satisfying connections with others, whether at home, at work, or with friends. Often the ideas we carry around in our heads about ourselves and others can limit what we're willing to give and receive in the way of love, respect and friendship. Understanding more about these ideas, and the way they're connected to depression and anxiety, can make a real difference in our lives.
Therapy offers an opportunity to understand more about ourselves in a safe and private space. I find that given the chance to talk about what's going on in their lives, people often begin to make changes that lead to greater happiness and satisfaction.
I think I can help you understand and change what's not working in your life. Please see my website at marthadupecher.com for information about me, my training and my approach.
