Counseling and psychotherapy can markedly improve a person's emotional well-being and overall daily and social functioning. Although therapy can be hard work that requires the commitment of time, financial resources, and energy the rewards and return on the investment can be considerable.
As a psycho-dynamically oriented solution-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients address current life challenges and long-standing problems. With compassion and understanding I help individuals find resolution to a wide range of personal concerns and psychological issues. The therapeutic relationship is key in supporting the healing and growth process.
With an integration of complimentary approaches, I draw from a variety of methodologies and techniques to incorporate what is most helpful for each individual. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client's individual needs to help him or her attain the personal growth and emotional well-being he or she is striving for.
