Worried you may suffer a 'loss' if you don't change? I work with those stuck in pain or fear due to Mood Disorders or Depression, Relationship Conflicts, Anxiety, Anger, and ADHD. And I want you to have HOPE. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Together, we will find it through therapy.
Feelings of pain, fear, 'stuckness' and loss often tie back to poor parental attachment issues that were suffered as a child. They can manifest as a myriad of disorders from depression/Bipolar and anxiety to anger and conflict.
When dysfunctions take over, THE MIND constantly chatters a Negative Tape Loop which is extremely powerful and damaging. These negative beliefs literally bury the real/complete you, leaving just a shell. My therapeutic approach guides you to erase your current 'tape,' and replace it with a new, authentic one. You begin to experience the 'voice' you are supposed to hear, not the one that keeps you stuck in the same destructive patterns. Your healing begins, and you get on to a life without constant turbulence, pain or setbacks. Interestingly, your symptoms are actually trying very hard to 'tell you" something !!
In sessions, we will dive deeply into what is actually causing your continuing 'stuckness.' This dive is where the therapeutic gold is found, and where LASTING CHANGE can begin to take place (because quick fixes never last long).
