I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over twenty years of experience in counseling. I specialize in providing psychotherapy to families, children, and adolescents. My specialties include ADD/ADHD, depression, anxiety, and oppositional behaviors. I use cognitive behavioral techniques from a strengths-based perspective to build partnerships with my clients in order to best address their individual needs. When working with families, I utilize a supportive, collaborative approach aimed at helping family members connect, establish trust, and create healthy familial dynamics. I have several years of training and teaching experience in working with parents. I use this experience to support families through the therapeutic process. I am a member of the California chapter of the National Association of Social Workers and I am credentialed as a School Social Worker. I am bilingual and offer services in both English and French.
