Your decision to seek help through therapy is the most important step toward positive change. Therapy is a deep, personal encounter between the client and the therapist where healing and growth can take place.
I believe that body, mind and spirit are intrinsically interconnected; therefore I will take all parts of your life experience into consideration to accomplish positive and lasting change. In this process you will:
* Become more aware of your thoughts, emotions and related physical reactions.
* Acknowledge your freedom to change and strengthen your motivation for positive change.
* Accept responsibilities and take actions.
Every person is unique. Therefore I combine several theories and styles, including humanistic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal, existential therapy, solution focused therapy, hypnotherapy combined with guided imagery, and positive psychology.
I use effective and creative techniques for personal change and growth, and call forth introspection to make aware of unconscious material, bringing it into the present where it can be worked on. In each session we will check and adjust the individual goals so that they will correspond to your unique personality and the presented situation. Building a strong therapeutic alliance is my highest goal.
In an atmosphere of openness and trust, the positive development, the journey towards wholeness can begin.

From South Mopac - Go south on Mopac and take the William Cannon exit. Take a right onto William Cannon. Go about 2 miles and the first entrance to the Oakwood Commons is on your right immediately before William Cannon intersects Escarpment.
From 290 West* - Go west on 290 and take the William Cannon exit. Take a left on William Cannon and then take another left at Escarpment. Escarpment feeds into a parking area that connects several buildings. Follow the drive path around to the right and behind the A+ Federal Credit Union until it enters the Oakwood Commons parking area.
