| Practice Description: |
I provide client centered therapy and counseling in a personalized, accepting, and compassionate environment. Clients have the option of complementing their sessions with alternative modes of healing including Reiki, guided visualization, sound therapy, and relaxation techniques. I also employ EFT and Psych-K in my sessions.
We all have times when we struggle with feeling as though we are less than who we truly are or feel separate and alone. We may occasionally feel lost and disheartened, cynical, angry, and afraid in response to the paths that our lives have taken. It is at these times that we might need help reconnecting with ourselves in order to come to know the meaning of our experiences and the strengths we have to help us better navigate them. I believe that everything we need in order to heal is within us. It is just a matter of connecting with someone who can guide us back to ourselves.
My 14 years of clinical experience include working with a variety of clients including children, adolescents, adults, couples,and families in several treatment settings comprised of community mental health, school social work, and residential treatment. I believe the relationship I have with each client is of the utmost importance and am grateful for the privilege of doing this work.
