| Practice Description: |
I enjoy working with individuals, teens, couples and families to help them to live happier and more fulfilling lives.
I am also respectful of my client's time. I frequently check in to make sure that the sessions are helpful, and that we are focusing on what the client wishes to. If one approach is not working, we try another!
When people are feeling anxious, depressed, or angry, often the problem is their stress level and lack of a support system. By helping people recognize, reduce, and more effectively manage their stress, a therapist can be your temporary support system, enabling you to more effectively address the problems in your life.
Research shows that one of the most important factors in therapy effectiveness is the quality of the relationship between the client and the therapist. Does the client feel comfortable, accepted and supported? It is important to find the right match.
I look forward to meeting you, seeing if we are a good match, and helping you address whatever problems may seem overwhelming at the moment. You are not alone.
