Practice Description: Seeking results? Consider working with a therapist's therapist: I'm a seasoned counselor skilled in results-oriented methods like cognitive-behavioral therapy. Unlike some cognitive behavioral therapists, my style is responsive, interactive & versatile.

My specialties include:

scientifically researched, holistic approaches for overcoming:
depression,
anxiety (including OCD, shyness, performance anxiety, test anxiety, phobias, etc.),
sleep problems, and
counter-productive habits (e.g., procrastination, overeating, smoking, etc.)
while reducing reliance on medications and traditional talk therapy;

resolving relationship impasses with one person couples therapy (i.e., one person attends counseling with a focus on improving the relationship) or traditional couples counseling;

resolving stuck, dead-end romantic relationships and cultivating an enduring, fulfilling & loving relationship, and

cultivating financial success and career satisfaction.

As a senior clinician with over 25 years of experience, extensive post-masters degree training and a broad repertoire of skills, I am a supervisor, educator and therapist for other therapists.

Consider this: you may find counselors who charge lower fees - perhaps just a minimal managed care copayment. But sometimes appearances are deceiving: what seems cheaper in the short run may turn out to be more expensive in the long run. Working with a skilled and experienced counselor may help you to achieve the results you're seeking more quickly, saving you money - and time - over the long run.
