I've been working in the counseling field for 18 years and have many strategies and tools that can help you find a better way of coping. Whether you're struggling with the heaviness of depression or dealing with anxiety, there are things that can help. I enjoy working with individuals who are trying to find a happier, more peaceful way of life. Whether you're looking for help for yourself or for your family, you're taking the first step to find some relief. I look forward to talking about how I might be able to help you. In addition to working with adults, I also work with children. A unique area of my practice is working with children who have an anxiety disorder known as selective mutism. Children with this disorder talk normally at home, where they're comfortable, but freeze up in certain social situations (particularly school).
