I have almost 20 years experience counseling and coaching males and females as adolescents, young adults, midlife and older adults. I am able to help you successfully find the causes and solutions to your problems. Whether it is about your relationship with a life partner, relationships with family members, making friends, feeling lonely, low self esteem or career issues I can be your life coach! I will help you to recognize your goals and learn how to achieve them.
My approach is to use brief goal oriented and/or long term therapy ,coaching and counseling skills, psychotherapy and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). These techniques will help you discover and develop your own coping skills in order to reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
