If some aspect of your life is causing you pain or a feeling that you are not able to be who you want to be, you will likely benefit from supportive psychotherapy. I've been a clinical social worker and licensed therapist for over 25 years. In this time I've worked with adolescents, adults, and couples. My clients tell me that they find me to be fully-engaged, supportive and interested in the challenges that they are facing, while also able to suggest new ways of looking at old patterns of behavior that may have them feeling stuck.
I am particularly eager to work with men who are unhappy with where their life path has taken them. Men often have a difficult time reaching out for help and support. My practice offers a safe, stimulating place to do that, and to grow in the process!
I've spent many successful and rewarding years as executive director of a social service agency. I offer consultation to professionals dealing with administrative and/or supervisory issues in their work who feel they need a confidential setting in which to explore options and develop strategies for addressing their workplace challenges.
