It is my goal to help people in making positive changes in their lives. I have helped people with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, guilt, stress, self-esteem problems, communication issues, childhood abuse, addiction, domestic violence, elder care issues, life transitions, post-traumatic stress and personality disorders. I provide thoughtful contemplation regarding your concerns asking you to explore them on a deeper level. Change is facilitated by this process of uncovering. Together, we may explore self-soothing activities, mindfulness, living in the now, spiritual expression and changing thought patterns. You can expect me to reflect in a way that is fresh. I offer assistance with finding balance and wholeness. I believe that therapy is a collaboration between therapist and client. I will work hard for you and will be expecting you to take an active role in your own growth. I am friendly, kind, non-judgmental and provide a safe environment for our work.
