Psychotherapy is a process that can help someone change patterns, develop self-awareness and understanding, increase confidence and self-esteem, resolve personal conflicts, and increase a general sense of personal satisfaction. My goal is to help clients and families explore their feelings, understand their actions and reactions, achieve balance, and develop insight into issues they are facing.
I am a licensed professional counselor in private practice in northwest Austin. My services include individual therapy with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as family therapy. I have an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing upon various aspects of different treatment methods to best meet my client’s needs. I am also experienced in play therapy with children, utilizing play to help communicate and understand experiences from a child’s perspective. My expertise and training in a variety of specialties allows me to help children, adolescents, and adults gain new perspective and self-awareness, as well as assist parents in understanding their children. I work hard to provide a non-judgmental, safe environment that supports both individual and familial growth and change.

My standard fees are as follows:
Initial Psychological Evaluation - $115 per session
Individual Psychotherapy - $95 per session, $50 per half session
Family Therapy - $115 per session
Payment for services is due at the time of service unless we have agreed upon previous arrangements.
24 hour advance cancellation is required. Failure to give 24 hour notice will result in a full charge fee for the missed session. |

| Insurance and Billing Instructions: |
I am on the Seton Health Network panel and am happy to file insurance claims for you. If you are not with Seton insurance though and you want your insurance to reimburse you for my services, you will have to file the claims on your own subsequent to a session. If you are interested in seeking reimbursement from your insurance company on your own, I can provide you with the information you might need to seek out-of-network benefits. |
