Most people are seeking relief from anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties arising from a wide array of issues. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addiction Professional. I will dedicate myself to help you in a way that is individualized to your unique needs. Psychotherapy is a journey of self-discovery leading toward empowering changes in thinking, feeling and behavior. Of utmost importance to me is that you feel understood and hopeful.
I work with individuals, couples and groups. I have extensive experience in the treatment of substance abuse/addiction, women's issues, emotional overeating, co-dependency, menopause and coping with medical illnesses. My treatment approach is solution-focused. However I will draw on my experience to find the method that works for you.
