My 26 years experience practicing in Arizona affords me the opportunity to draw from many disciplines. My style is relaxed reflecting my belief that you have the right to unconditional acceptance from your therapist. In guiding you towards what YOU want, I draw on techniques that are individually fashioned for your unique needs. Reducing depression and anxiety, healing from the loss of loved ones, recovering from trauma and reclaiming the quality of your life, enhancing your relationships, and learning to gently accept yourself are some of the areas of focus.
Therapy sessions are conducted in relaxed, comfortable and private office settings in Sedona and Phoenix. Both locations reflect my love of nature. Rather than dealing with front office staff, your calls will be taken by me or returned if I am in session. Protecting your privacy and providing services that are respectful and suited to your needs are my priority. Allow me to be your guide as you journey to improve the quality of your life.
