I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who brings to my work with individuals, couples, families, and groups many years of experience as well as intelligence, warmth, humor, and enthusiasm. My mission is to help people improve relationships and to change unhappy and unhealthy patterns in their lives. Change is possible, but you cannot heal by repeating the same things that haven't worked before.

I will provide you with the expert guidance, inspiration, education, and support you need to discover your true capacity for happiness.
