I work with clients who have experienced significant life changing events.
You must transition from what was to what is, and you don't know how to move toward the new reality of your life.
You may feel cut off from what was familiar, how you lived your everyday life, how you think, how you feel.
Life altering events leave us unprepared for unfamiliar and difficult to understand emotions.
I can provide a nourishing place that is peaceful, and safe. My treatment approach begins with trust so you feel supported and encouraged as you begin your healing journey. We will work together to strenghen your abilities to restore life in your changed world.
My clients find that they can find hope again with the help of someone who has also walked the path of loss and difficult life experiences. I can help you sort out your feelings so you can make sense of them, grow from them and build from them.
