I have been licensed since 1986. My orientation is cognitive. My style is compassionate, empathic, humorous and easy going. I participate in the session with recommendations and impressions. My approach is to support you as you uncover what your basic beliefs are that are holding you back from having a satisfying life. I encourage you to look at all aspects of a situation and "do the right thing" for you so that you feel good about yourself when you execute your decision. So much of our behavior teaches people how to treat us and it is important that we set clear boundaries, fight fairly, parent gently, laugh a lot , enjoy the journey and eliminate the word perfect from our mindset and vocabulary. Together we can move in that direction.
