| Practice Description: |
Are you feeling sad or worried? Are you experiencing relationship or family problems? Do you find yourself unable to reach your full potential for success and satisfaction in certain areas of your life? I strongly believe people have the capacity to change, heal and grow, but I also understand how challenging it can be to move forward when you're facing problems alone. Working together, we will take steps to help you and/or your loved one find symptom relief and we'll explore past experiences, relationships, current triggers and stress reactions, so that meaningful long-term change can occur.
It is my goal to create a therapeutic atmosphere where my clients feel safe, accepted and understood. I'm experienced helping individuals of all ages manage a variety of issues, including: anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, grief and loss, trauma, low self-esteem, sexuality, and parenting and family problems.
In addition to the individual and couples work I do with adults, I am very passionate about and skilled in working with pre-teens, teenagers and young adults. I help my clients engage in identity exploration, navigate life transitions, improve communication, and address/improve peer problems and behavioral issues.
I offer a free phone consultation, so please contact me by voice or email if you would like to learn more about the therapy process and my approach.
