| Practice Description: |
I believe that my effectiveness can be greatly attributed to an empathic way of seeking to understand and working together with individuals to find solutions that promote growth, healing and change. I have worked extensively with families, individuals and adolescents. I was asked to speak on OPRAH with regard to relationships and school reform. Areas of emphasis in my practice are relationships, anxiety/stress, depression/anger, adjustments and life transitions and parenting. My background is diverse and I have also assisted others in social services, educational settings, hospice care and in the corporate/business world. In addition to counseling, my experience includes providing consultations and evaluations as well as professional presentations and training.
