As someone who went through a debilitating Anxiety Disorder in my mid-thirties, I have a personal understanding of the shame and isolation that many anxiety sufferers experience. This awareness informs my work, and helps me create a safe, accepting therapeutic alliance with my clients.
My approach combines traditional psychodynamic and cognitive work, with body-oriented, experiential therapies that can help you learn to trust your authentic impulses, facilitate self-regulation, and discover more flexible, creative solutions to your problems.
