Undertaking psychotherapy is a courageous process that can render enormously satisfying results. People often seek therapy because they are feeling overwhelmed or unsatisfied with their lives. They want change but are unable to take the necessary steps to make it happen. As your psychotherapist, I will create a safe and warm environment from which you can feel comfortable exploring your deepest concerns. I have particular interest in helping young women in their 20s and 30s navigate life transitions. I also specialize in
