| Practice Description: |
As a therapist, my philosophy is existential in nature. I believe that no matter what issue you may be dealing with, it can be traced to our universal human struggle to find meaning, purpose, and fulfillment in life. My goal as a therapist is to gently lead clients toward realizing their blocks to personal growth and to confront the ways that they are experiencing "stuckness" in their lives. In my practice, I work with individuals, couples, and families. My specialties include couples seeking to improve their intimacy, couples struggling with infidelity/trust issues, and individuals searching for increased self-esteem to improve their daily lives and relationships with others. I also have significant experience working with individuals and couples struggling with substance abuse/addiction issues. I offer a phone consultation free of charge to determine if my services are a good fit for you, and also offer a sliding fee for services if necessary. Please contact by phone to set up initial session.
