As a caring, collaborative and empathetic Licensed Psychotherapist, I focus on achieving early symptom reduction. My patients and I identify and examine the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that contribute to their discomfort. We explore the changes, and techniques for implementing those changes, that will lead to greater happiness and fulfillment. My areas of expertise include Interpersonal Relationships, Work-Related Anxiety, other types of anxiety, depression, couples and sex therapy, LGBTQ concerns, infidelty, self-esteem, dating and pre-martital issues. If you are having a hard time in these areas and are seeking extra support and guidance, then I would love to work with you.
I counsel individuals and couples using the most effective forms of therapy, including Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Imago Therapy. Treatment is confidential and without discrimination on the basis of religious preference, sexual orientation, or any other attribute.
I earned my Applied Psychology degree at NYU after graduating from Johns Hopkins University. My training continued at the Albert Ellis Institute and at the American Academy of Clinical Sexologists. I remain very active in the Psychotherapy community.

| Fee Schedule: |
$140 per 50 minute session. A sliding scale is available for those who require special consideration, as I believe in the importance of psychotherapy for all who desire it. |
| Insurance and Billing Instructions: |
Out-of-network benefits may be received for my services. Typical reimbursement rates are between 50-80% for out-of-network services. I am happy to provide you with a bill for submission to your insurance provider. With the regularly changing laws regarding coverage of mental health services, you may have more insurance coverage for out-of-network benefits than you realize. Please check with your plan. |
