I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that believes in the power of synergy. Collaborating on issues increases the potential for change. You are the expert of you and I am a facilitator of change. Together, we will increase the clarity needed to move through places in your life where you feel stuck or 'out of sorts'. Anxiety, depression, low self esteem or relationship challenges need a solutions-focused, safe space to create movement. I will assist you in identifying the source of pain, the triggers that exacerbate your suffering and implement the strategies needed to bring more balance into your life. I like the process of therapy and I value the therapist/client relationship. My approach to therapy is strength-based. My style of relating is enthusiastic, compassionate and respectful.
