Are you feeling stuck, unsure who to talk to, and wondering if talking to a counselor will help? Personal issues can be really tough to deal with when it feels like no one understands or you don't have enough support. I provide a safe and confidential environment for you to examine your issues and figure out ways that you would like to deal with them. I enjoy working with adults, youth, and families and helping them on their journey to greater self confidence, happier relationships, and generally improved sense of well-being.
My goal is to help you build your personal strengths and self knowledge in order to deal with life's challenges.I have a great deal of experience working with life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self esteem, adolescents, ADHD, parenting issues and many other counseling areas.
