Thank you for taking a moment to view this page! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, particularly young children and seniors. When you first enter my office, I will strive to make you feel comfortable. Discussing your issues and concerns with someone new is not always easy. I encourage you to ask questions so that you can gain a full understanding of the therapy process. I use an eclectic approach with my clients. Sometimes the approach includes teaching you new skills, building on existing strengths, or facilitating new thoughts and feelings through creative expression. While listening carefully to your story, I will assist you in creating your unique plan to tackle what concerns you the most. Helping you to get the most out of your sessions is important to me so I will often check in with you to see if a particular approach has been effective.
