I am a therapist and Life Coach who is caring, willing and able to journey with you through whatever may be holding you back from getting what you want out of life. Together we will explore your strengths and weakness, excavate and reconstruct those areas where you may be stuck and need growth; identify and capitalize on areas of strength. Identify patterns and life themes that continue to resurface, and put them to rest. We will gather a strategy to help propel you forward toward personal growth - a better understanding of yourself, the world and people around you, past, present and future, which all makes for a better life.
I believe each of us has the capacity to overcome the obstacles that prevent us from living the lives we truly want to live. The beauty of the human spirit is in its resiliency. We inherently possess the power to triumph over fear, depression, bad relationships, anxiety and sadness, and put the pieces of our lives together in a way that affirms who we want to be in this world. With me you will learning to navigate through life's uncertainties and find the courage to confront redefine your past experiences in a way that empowers you. Hard work and being honest with ourselves is critical to finding the happiness we all deserve. In me, you will find a courageous ally.
Life is a great equalizer. At some point, we all encounter obstacles that hold us back. I know from first-hand experience that we all have the ability to transcend the pain, sadness and confusion of past or present. The circumstances that have colored our lives do not have to define us, unless we let them. This is truly the work I was born to do.
