Life is fraught with challenges. You may be feeling depressed, sad, or anxious. You may be going through a difficult time, struggling with relationship or career issues, illness, divorce, or the death of a loved one. There are times when seeking the assistance of a professional psychotherapist is warranted.
I work with men, women, and couples. I will help you work towards feeling better, while gaining clarity and creating more balance in your life and relationships.
Therapy is an opportunity to pause and take time to look at yourself in an effort to live more comfortably, more consciously. Developing self awareness empowers you to have a healthier more authentic relationship with yourself and those closest to you.
I am particularly committed in helping couples develop self awareness and practices which support them in succeeding in their relationships.
I offer pre-marital counseling. This is a very beneficial to couples,in that it is a proactive and educational process of self-discovery and empowerment. I highly recomended it.
I am interested in working with men and women in their 40's and 50's trying to make sense of the challenges of their lives...separation, boredom, divorce, still single, aging parents, illness, career stress, empty nest, etc. This "mid-life" juncture is a fertile and often painful time....a great time, none the less, to seek support.
