Are you anxious, hurting or fearful of your relationship breaking apart? Most couples struggle with communication, relating their needs and/or connecting with one another at some point. It is difficult to figure out what to do on your own. You continue to stay in negative patterns, hanging onto anger and resentment which will kill the relationship. One of my specialties is helping couples either finding their way back to a deep understanding of one another or finding intimacy they have never experienced before.
I know that anxiety can be one of the most debilitating, incapacitating issues that someone can face..and it's treatable. It can keep you from enjoying your life, doing the hardest to the simplest things. However, there are ways to maintain your symptoms and feel in control of your life.
My style is empathic and interactive. I find it helpful to have a back and forth dialogue in order to create comfort and to find the reasons for your coming to therapy. I am not the kind of therapist who just asks "how does that make you feel?"; I want to find out more about you. In any case, you are welcome to ask questions as well.
