I treat individuals, couples and adolescents.
People often believe that they are more independent than they truly are on others, less connected and affected by the people in their lives. However, research shows the opposite.
To form better relationships it helps to understand that connectivity.
It also helps to learn about our emotions. Emotions often are automatic especially when anxiety and stress is high. Emotions are also trainable to reflect our actual core beliefs. My work looks at affective neuroscience which integrates the scientific research of brain function and emotions that drive behavior, focus and our relationships with others.
Psychotherapy based on relationship dynamics promotes strength and well being. My clients find that getting factual about their self and their experiences, lowers their anxiety and stress. Through therapy I can help you restore the wholeness, grow your inner beauty and calm your spirit.
