I approach therapeutic work from a relationally focused perspective. I focus on creating warm, nonjudgmental and responsive therapeutic relationships to work through current challenges as well as long-standing issues. I offer insight and feedback to help frame problems, to support clients in enhancing current relationships, develop a stronger sense of self, and feel emotionally stable. With nurturance and sensitivity, I help bring resolution to an array of life challenges and psychological issues. By integrating several complimentary therapeutic methods, I work with clients to reach goals. I am committed to Anti-Oppressive Practice and bring this value into my work.
I also work as a consultant to early childhood education programs when issues arise with specific children, classrooms, teachers, or families. As a consultant I provide suggestions and coaching through a collaborative and strengths based approach.

I offer a sliding scale for therapy sessions. Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance at this time. If you have concerns about the affordability of my services please talk to me, I can often arrange a fee adjustment to make the fee manageable for all clients. Please do not let the cost of services get in the way of receiving the support you want.
The fee for early childhood education consultation varies. Please email or call to discuss your programs needs.
