Practice Description: Feeling Anxious or Depressed? Could you use some support dealing with difficult emotions or a challenging situation in your life? Therapy can offer you the support you may need.

Maybe you wish you had more confidence or wish that you had an easier time building lasting relationships. You are not alone. Lots of people have these feelings and you can get support and help to change and feel happier.

Therapy can be a safe supportive place to learn how to change behavior so that emotions like anxiety and depression don’t derail us from our goals. You can feel better about yourself.
I help people with many issues, including, but not limited to: relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, childhood abuse, pregnancy issues and communication style.

I often employ a mindfulness approach to therapy where we may focus attention on your body's experience as well as images, memories, emotions, beliefs, and movements. Our goal is to develop awareness and acceptance of your experience, leading you to a deeper connection with your true self.

I am an MFT, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, have studied Hakomi Body-Centered Psychotherapy, the Diamond Approach, Non Violent Communication, and Vipassana Meditation.
