I incorporate EMDR to facilitate safe, effective processing of recent and past traumas, and resolution of current problems you may find yourself "stuck" in.
As a Counselor Educator (Adjunct Faculty, Saint Mary's College) I am informed by cutting edge research in the area of the neurobiology of emotions, adult attachment and empirically validated approaches to couples and relationship therapy.
My extensive experience counseling in public and private schools (elementary-college) provides a unique perspective in my work with families, children and adolescents.
