I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years experience assisting clients in creating positive change in their lives. In addition to traditional talk therapy methods, I am also a certified hypnotherapist which allows me to use a variety of techniques to access material on deeper levels of awareness. This can support the process of self discovery by revealing self limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns and creating an opportunity to work through painful emotion more quickly. Unexplored material can at times create blocks to personal growth, clarity and ultimately compromise a life more fully expressed.
I frequently rely on psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral techniques in my treatment approach. I work very collaboratively with clients to design goals for change that fully respect the individual needs of each client. Common themes include depression, anxiety, loss, life transition, relational difficulties, career issues and rebuilding after divorce.
In addition to my clinical training, I also draw on ten years of corporate experience which enhances my ability to work with clients on many issues related to career satisfaction.

I will file claims for Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO and you are only required to pay your copay or deductible at the time of the visit. With other plans I ask that you pay at the time of service and I will provide a receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. |
